Spiritual burnout is that relentless tiredness that often comes when Christian Leaders get so busy fulfilling the demands of the Church, their family, and their own lives that they neglect to cultivate their personal relationship with the Lord.

Our Ministry is dedicated to working with pastors, missionaries, and Christian Leaders to help them prevent “Spiritual Burnout” by:

Igniting a Passion for Jesus through Rest, Refocus,
and Leadership Development.

Rest – Opportunity to relax in a sanctuary-like environment

• The Rekindling campus is nestled in the peaceful surroundings and quiet haven of the Manzano Mountains east of Albuquerque. Its perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and spiritual renewal allows busy leaders to get alone with God in a remote, yet readily accessible location.

Refocus – Through prayerful one-on-one coaching and mentoring

• Some of the most effective interaction happens one-on-one – when our guests have opportunity to share their concerns, questions, and dreams with staff members in a safe, confidential atmosphere

Leadership Development – Spiritually Healthy Leader Series, Getting Down to Bedrock – Strategic Planning Workshops, Igniting a Passion Series

• We facilitate leadership development workshops with groups of all sizes; blending coaching and training to assist Christian leaders – equipping them with tools that prevent burnout.
